Usually I hear T aeh tr oh
or P aeh tr oh
I sure don't get the "P" problem... Usually the Lynn part they get no matter where they are from. Thank goodness my folks gave me a simple first name.
Now I grew up with Zabel... Z eh bul
No one ever said Zaehbul
go figure.
I get lots of hisbanic phone calls. Maybe they think the name is spanish? I just pretend I only speak Russian and it really confuses them.
