What method do you use to prepare your coffee or tea?

Coffee - roasted beans get ground and I use a drip percolator because I can no longer trust myself to use my favorite method - a Chemex pot
Tea - well, I prefer the long, slow Chinese method; but with time at a premium; I usually opt for a bag in a cup ;o(
I have a hot pot that makes boiling hot water in no time at all. Gotta have good water for both coffee and tea.
Of course, anyone who knows me will tell you that getting a cup of tea or coffee at my house is high ritual. Starts with selecting what KIND of tea or coffee you wish to drink.
