Dogs - 4 of them.  They own me.  Sneakers, Rita, Velvet, Chai.  If you need to ask why I chose dogs -- then you would never understand the answer.

Why do you live where you live?

Alaska?  Because it seemed like a good idea at the time.  How does an Eagle choose where to build it's aerie? This house? Because it was the best option at the time and now it's paid for and we are rather "stuck."  I'm not unhappy - and lots of thought goes into choosing where to live though sometimes one wonders of the state of mind when the actual decision is made.
